I thought it was important to provide an update to let you know the state of play for us here at Nexus at this difficult time for everyone.
In terms of our operation, we’re operating as close to normal as possible, whilst ensuring we look after the health of our team. The majority of staff are working from home, with just one of the team in the office when necessary to ensure that our customers continue to receive their orders.
Talking of orders, we’re not currently seeing any issues with getting our products shipped out all across Europe, and all of our shipments from Datakey are currently arriving as planned.
ATEK (the Datakey manufacturer) have a very robust COVID-19 policy in place, and currently they are running with no impact on their daily business.
Of course, what we don’t know is whether/when things will change, so if you have live orders that you would like to review the delivery timing on, then please get in contact.
