MEET THE TEAM
MICHAEL BARRETT
Michael joined Nexus in 2007 and has been the Managing Director since 2012. Michael has previously worked in many different industries and for companies including B&Q, AstraZeneca and Syngenta.
A father to two wonderful children, a keen runner and occasional mountain biker. Michael also loves listening to music, especially live music when he gets the chance.
ANDREW MULLER
Andy Muller is the Finance and Operations Manager for Nexus. With over 16 years within retail management with Unwins and BP, he has a wealth of experience in stock control, shrinkage, customer facing issues and business development.
Andy has also gained qualifications with the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).
Outside of work, he is an avid Arsenal and Denver Broncos fan and dedicated father to two children.
VICTORIA BARRETT
Victoria joined Nexus in 2010 as Director of Technical PR and Marketing. She has a BA Honours in Business and Languages and is a Professional Chartered Marketer with over 20 years’ experience in marketing management for companies including Samsung, Vodafone and The Ordnance Survey.
When not running her two children to and from various after school clubs, Victoria likes to keep fit by doing pilates and HIT training or working in her garden. She is also Secretary to the school PTFA and keeps busy organising fundraising events throughout the year.
KEITH TWIGG
Having qualified and served in the Royal Navy Submarine Service, Keith certified as an Engineering Technician. He went on to various Sales Engineering roles before joining Nexus in 2015 and is now the Sales Engineering Manager for UK & Ireland. He has over 27 years sales experience, achieving extensive success by understanding and fulfilling Engineers’ requirements within various industries.
Keith is a keen walker and belongs to a local gym. To relax, he enjoys reading and playing the guitar.
DAVID ELEFTHERIOU
David joined Nexus in 2016 and is the Sales Engineering Manager for Germany, Switzerland and Austria. He is a British-German dual-national, fluent in both English and German. Prior to joining Nexus, he worked in both IT and Technical Sales Engineering for a variety of tech companies based in Munich, to include Minolta QMS.
David is a classical guitarist and owns a considerable collection of the finest handmade instruments. He also enjoys water sports and bicycling in his spare time.
JOHN BARRETT
John is the Founder and Chairman of Nexus and has nearly 30 years’ experience working with Datakey products, winning the Top International Sales Award from Datakey Electronics for 8 years in a row. His early career was within the Electronics industry, in Sales and Marketing roles.
John is a keen golfer and key member of the local Rotary Club, where he spends much of his spare time organising charitable events.
